In order for us to provide you a great experience, we may collect, use and store data but will never sell your data

Currently, in order to provide our services we leverage some 3rd party services that may collect data. We are working to remove these services and provide our own services in the future where possible.

Accessing The Site

By accessing our services in any way, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to our practices and policies regarding the collection, use and sharing of your information, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. This Policy is paired with our Terms of Service and by using the services provided by us, it is understood that you are consenting to this agreement. Information We Collect and Process

In this section we list the types of personal information we collect and store throughout your experience using our Site.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Conversations with using our services are not shared with any company or service outside of the requirements for processing your experience and for the use of our services.

We do not knowingly collect or store any medical information or Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the US law, which refers to any kind of personal health-related data created or collected by a Covered Entity. To protect your privacy, we strongly advise against sharing this type of information with us through text or voice chat.

We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through our services (such as email, name, phone number, and other information you may choose to provide) as well as technical information coming from the device you use to access our services.

No but since we use 3rd party providers for our cloud servers the data is securely transmitted to our cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud. To securely handle this, we leverage SSL connections as well as provide an additional layer of encoding so that it is not trasmitted as plain text. When we receive the password on the cloud servers, it is decoded and then a secure hash is saved into our database. We never store your password in plain text.

First & Last Name

To provide user experience enhancements, communications and notifications

Since we value privacy as much as we value our customers. We provide training and onboarding to assure they understand the risks and best use cases for using our software.

In order to enhance the memory or context of conversations we store all of your conversations in a secured database

When using our payment processor, a unique customer id is generated by them.

When using our payment processor and you start a subscription with us a related subscription id or ids are created and associated with your account. This is used to help process your usage for billing purposes. This may include other details of that subscription account but never any credit card numbers or account numbers related to your bank.

1.d. Cookies

In order to provide additional functionality and to better analyze usage of our Services, we may utilize a technology called “cookies”. When you access the Services, our computer that hosts the Services will send a piece of information in the form of a cookie to your browser. Additionally, third party service providers may also use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your activities on our website or in our mobile apps following your use of the Services.

1.e. Security Tokens

In order to provide an experience that does not require you to log in each time you use our services, a special token may be placed into your device which contains information related to your account that is encrypted and is used for verifying your account details.

2. Third Parties

We may take steps to de-identify and anonymize your information, so that you cannot be identified as an individual, and share it with our partners.

 

Additionally, we may combine your de-identified data with that of other users to generate aggregate de-identified information that can be shared with third parties. This aggregated data can help them gain insights into how frequently and in what ways people are using our services, enabling them to provide you with the best experiences. For example, we may use this information to create a composite profile of all users of the Services, which can help us understand the needs of the community and develop appropriate features and activities.

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we deem necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations; enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Services, our employees, our users, or others.

4. How your data is secured

We leverage a wide variety of industry-standard security technologies and proceedures to help protect you and your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the data we collect about you on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

8. How to Delete Your Data

In order to delete your data please cancel the subscription to the service and then provide us an email with your email, name, date of registration and your request to delete your data. Send those emails to support@aivitar.com

Please allow up to 30 days for your data to be deleted or where retention applicable by law.

9. Use of Services By Minors

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

 

If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through our Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through our Service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us through our Service, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

If we cannot verify your identity, we will not provide or delete your Personal Information.

 

Authorized Agents: you may submit a request to know or a request to delete your Personal Information through an authorized agent. If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act on your behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identity and submit proof of your residency with us.
